Our client is a global leading MNC which has constantly achieved strong business performance around the world. There is now an opening opportunity for a proactive and mature professional role as a "Human Resource Business Partner" who has depth knowledge of HR areas and understand business very well. The qualified candidate must have commercial mindset and strong in OD and Talent Management as well as solid interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

Report directly to the Functional Head and work closely with the management teams, the qualified candidate will be a key contact who recruit as well as provide HR guidance & solutions to them, the responsibilities for this role includes, but is not limited to:

  • Support business function and act as key leaders in HR related issues
  • Manage Recruitment through active sourcing and selection techniques and build up an active candidate pipeline using a mix of channels
  • Provide guidance / advice and input on restructures, workforce planning, succession planning including HR Policy and practice
  • Review policies, procedures, and recommend changes if required to enhance on overall Employee Relation
  • Responsible for Performance Management System and ensure user training and consistent compliance through the year
  • Proactively identified and respond to all Employee Activities - provide advice and support to managers in cases of misconduct, employees' communications, employee welfare and other employees related issues
  • Manage HR KPI on employees' suggestion scheme system to improve overall performance of the company - Employee Engagement
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Legal Requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Ensure overall HR functions are smoothly operated

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Degree qualified in Management / HR related field is preferred
  • At least 8 years' direct experience in HR and over 5 years in HRBP Function
  • Excellent in communication & negotiation skills both Thai & English language
  • Excellent problem solving, analytical & interpersonal skills
  • Business acumen leadership and management skill
  • Experience in fast paced environment in MNC, or as Business Partner in Healthcare, and Pharmaceutical business is a plus
  • Thai nationality
