A leading organization based in Bangkok is looking for a candidate who has strong experience in managing IT Operation/ IT Service/ IT Process to be a part of their IT Infrastructure team.

Responsibilities:

· Manage Infrastructure incident, change, service request, SLA Management and work closely with the vendor regarding ITSM related issues

· Ensure that quality of IT services reach the standard

· Provide recommendation to improve internal process based on ITIL best practices

· Responsible for IT performance management

· Responsible for overall ITSM function from the vendor and collaborate with the internal IT team for service improvement

Qualifications:

· Graduated from IT or related fields

· Strong background in IT Infrastructure, and IT Operation

· At least 5 years' experience in IT Process Management, ITIL best practice is a plus

· Experience in using/ supporting container technology

· Familiar with DevOps environment

· Good English communication skills

· Experience in cloud technology is a plus
