Our client is a boutique law firm where provides legal services to several clients. They are currently looking for Thai qualified lawyer to join the legal team. They prefer candidate who has strong knowledge in Commercial Law and Corporate Law with solid communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

  • Report directly to the Expat leader and performing as an individual contributor
  • Meeting and providing legal consultative to international clients across various industries
  • Communicating with clients to understand their legal concerns and providing solution
  • Preparing legal documents relating to assigned projects including drafting, reviewing and negotiating legal contracts
  • Ensuring the data obtained during interaction with clients is strictly confidential

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Degree in LAW with Lawyer license or barrister at law qualification
  • At least 5 years of experience in law firm
  • Knowledgable in Corporate & Commercial Law, background in Real Estate is a plus
  • Good working knowledge in laws of Thailand, labour regulations, and general litigation with solid experience in complex contract review
  • Logical thinking with excellent in communication, analytical and interpretation skills
  • International, dynamic, mature, prioritized and result-oriented character with growth mindset
  • A healthy balance of big picture theory, best-practices, and strategy as well as the ability to roll up the sleeves and execute
  • Experience implementing leadership, teamwork and culture trainings
  • Excellent in Communication skills both Thai & English language
  • ONLY THAI NATIONALITY
