Job Description:
- Conduct brand portfolio strategies, marketing communication, develop and execute marketing plan
- Accumulate analytical in reserch data and marketing data
- Drive Product Portfolio Management and Product Road Map
- Design and implement for new product and relaunch product with market-penetration strategy
Qualifications:
- Lead and influence cross functional team in management level, creating a high-performance team culture
- Positive growth mindset and flexible "can-do" attitude
- Strong analytical and prioritization skills
- Experience in a matrix organization with the ability to influence multi-level communication
Criteria:
- Minimum 6-8 years' experience in brand management
- Strong OTC business analytics
- Experience in International Company (MNC) OTC is preferrable
- Fluent in written and spoken English
