Job Description:

  • Conduct brand portfolio strategies, marketing communication, develop and execute marketing plan
  • Accumulate analytical in reserch data and marketing data
  • Drive Product Portfolio Management and Product Road Map
  • Design and implement for new product and relaunch product with market-penetration strategy

Qualifications:

  • Lead and influence cross functional team in management level, creating a high-performance team culture
  • Positive growth mindset and flexible "can-do" attitude
  • Strong analytical and prioritization skills
  • Experience in a matrix organization with the ability to influence multi-level communication

Criteria:

  • Minimum 6-8 years' experience in brand management
  • Strong OTC business analytics
  • Experience in International Company (MNC) OTC is preferrable
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
