Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive campaign strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define campaign objectives, target segments, messaging, and creative approaches. Drive the development of campaign briefs, outlining key insights, goals, performance metrics, and timelines.

2. Manage end-to-end campaign execution: Oversee the entire campaign lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, creative development, media planning, testing, deployment, and analysis. Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with the overall marketing strategy.

3. Analyze campaign performance: Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, leveraging insights to optimize campaign strategies and tactics. Utilize data-driven analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend actions to enhance ROI.

4. Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including product managers, sales teams, analytics teams, and creative agencies. Work closely with these teams to align campaign strategies with business objectives, foster cross-functional collaboration, and ensure seamless execution.

5. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices: Keep abreast of the latest trends, innovations, and best practices in the insurance and marketing industries. Apply this knowledge to campaign planning, ensuring the incorporation of emerging technologies and strategies.

6. Develop and manage campaign budgets: Collaborate with the Finance team to develop campaign budgets and manage spend across various campaigns. Track and report on campaign expenses, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to budgetary constraints.
