About this role:

- To ensure medical department objectives and key results implemented successfully
- To provide scientific information and research data of company medical products by working with various internal & external stakeholders
- Identify and develop strong sustainable peer-to-peer relationships with external stakeholders especially with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to support the medical/scientific credibility of company
- To support launches for all portfolios
- To establish strong and continuously develop MSL Team in terms of technical and soft skills

List of Responsibilities
1. Strategy
- To develop strategy and ensure strategy implementation.
- To work with internal stakeholders and/or medical society/patient society to anticipate issues and contribute to pre-emptive activities and solutions within a related disease area.
- Responsible for medical plan and medical activity budget allocation
2. Operation
- To work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the proper environment exists to successfully register and launch new compounds or new indications
- To respond to customer inquiries to ensure focused and balanced clinical and scientific information that supports the appropriate use of products and services
- To build the reputation of company amongst the medical community as a patient-centred organization which strives to significantly addressing unmet medical needs

3. KOL Development
- To develop peer-level relationships with KOLs, KDMs and researchers consistent with scientific and medical affairs strategy and objective
- To engage in the scientific exchange of emerging data to further Company's mutual understanding of patient benefit and generate consideration for current and future therapeutic options
- To conduct scientific, clinical presentations to Physicians and Key Opinion Leaders
4. Training
- To coach and develop MSL team to KOL engagement
- Monitor team progress and assess performance to achieve objectives and goals
- To provide scientific training to commercial team


* Advance degree in Pharmacy (Pharm D), M.Sc. in Related Science area or PhD is preferred
* At least 5 years of pharmaceutical development experience
* In-depth scientific/therapeutic knowledge and the ability to understand complex scientific concepts and integrate them into discussions
* Well-versed in highly technical and scientific languages in order to communicate with KOLs, Medical Affairs, Research and Development, as well as other key internal and external stakeholders
* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and the ability to engender trust and respect of peers, subordinates and superiors
