Our client is a well recognised brand with a local and regional presence. They are currently seeking an experienced payroll manager to lead their payroll function as part of the HR corporate services team.
The Role
Perform full spectrum of monthly payroll computation & processing for about 250 headcount.
Managed monthly payroll journals and reports (e.g. headcount reconciliation, bank reconciliation, GL reports)
Preparation of annual AWS, Increment, Variable Bonus exercise as well as budget-related matters.
Filing of government paid leave claim (GPL) and NS leave claim.
Ensure all payroll payments are in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
Ensure prompt statutory submissions and payments and annual tax filling for the company such as IR21 and IR8A.
Managed annual and ad-hoc internal/external payroll audit.
Managed internal and external reporting requirements, and preparation of ad hoc reports as required.
Handle employees' queries on payroll related matters promptly
Requirements:
Min Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
Min 5 year(s) of relevant working experience
At least 3 years of leading a payroll function
Experience in using TIMES software will be an added advantage
