Service Management
* Business Readiness / Pre Market Checks
* Business Continuity Planning and Execution
* Release Management
* Change Management
* Relationship / Stakeholders Management
* Compliance / Audit / Regulatory
* On call coverage to supplement big events

Key Requirements

Graduate degree. Preference: Computer Science or Electronics
* 6+ years of relevant technology experience
* Unix & SQL
* Scripting languages such as Unix Shell scripting, Perl scripting etc.,
* Python (added advantage)
* Tableau (added advantage)
* Monitoring Tools: Exposure to Geneos ITRS, Splunk and App Dynamics
