Our client is leading worldwide company from Europe. The company has good reputation in Cosmetics and Personal Care business more than 50 years. They are now looking a strong leader as Sales Director (MLM) to expand the new business of direct selling industry in Thailand. You will be responsible for setting the ground work for sales strategies and collaborations to be implemented across Thailand. The Sales Director will be responsible for implementing appropriate measures within the company structure, additionally playing an significant role in setting and carrying the strategy for the Thailand business.
Major Responsibilities:
- Developing profitable Thailand business strategies to achieve and exceed the targets and key performance criteria
- Leading and team management to carry exceptional customer service and sales performance within the direct selling industry
- Examining existing and potential new team structure base for reactivation and new recruitment opportunities in Thailand market
- Providing competitive and factual insights on market competition and trends within the MLM business in Thailand market
- Full responsible for P&L of the business and work reporting to CEO Thailand
- Design and create the incentive plans and retention programs with regional team in Europe for existing members to further expand the business
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any, MBA degree is a plus
- Thai nationality only
- At least 7 years' direct experience in MLM/ Direct Selling industry
- Strong communication and good interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Fluent spoken and written English and Thai
