Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement standards/procedures for ensuring optimal customer experience
  • Oversee the restructuring of an organization into a customer-focused establishment
  • Monitor customer experience throughout customer journey
  • Supervise the activities of customer experience team to ensure their interaction with customers reflect positively on the company
  • Liaise with the production and creative departments to ensure delivery of high quality products and services
  • Accountable for project management

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any related field
  • At least 5 years' experience in customer experience or customer marketing
  • At least 5 years' experience in project management
  • Fluent command of English (both spoken and written)
  • Good interpersonal skill and team player
