Our client a MNC luxury fashion company is looking to hire a Store Manager for their flagship store in KL.

Job Responsibilities

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible of managing the daily operations in achieving the store sales target of profitability at the boutique outlet, build and increase customer loyalty, able to educate and advise customers on the best selection for their specific needs, consistent staff training & managing the level of customer service, aware with competitors' strategies, ensure all administration of the boutique in order, oversee placement and display of merchandise, signage and store collateral material displayed to standard and promotional plan. You will also be the ambassador of the company displaying good customer service and possess good knowledge in products.

As the Right Candidate

You should be degree qualified with at least 5 years of store management experience in retail sales and service. You should have a good track record in inventory projection to help company optimize profitability and past experience in managing a store in smooth operation and managing people. You should possess good interpersonal skills, adaptable, aggressive and result oriented with great customer service skills.
