TA Testing - 12M contract - 100K HKD p/m

Responsibilities:

* Coordinate and perform user acceptance test for the implementation of new system

* Understand different processing functions in the new system and acting as a subject matter expert

* Develop the test plan for the tasks, dependencies and participants required to mitigate the risks to system quality

* Ensure content and structure of all Testing documents is documented, maintained and reviewed

* Ensure the timely delivery of different testing milestones and update the metrics dashboard at the completion of project

* Provide training and coaching to processing staff during the new system implementation

Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree holder

* Experience in Transfer Agency, and several years in team management

* Good command of written and spoken English

* Good problem solving, analytical and people management skills

* Knowledge in bespoke systems and any of our Transfer Agency systems will be an advantage
