  • Leveraging on regional counterparts, provide seamless technical support to customers
  • Manage IT related transition projects, ensuring smooth delivery
  • Provide timely solution required by the business
  • Manage cloud based IT services
  • Serve as a key point of contact between different stakeholders


  • At least 3 years of Helpdesk / IT Support background in desktop, systems, network support, preferably in a customer fronting role
  • Ability to work independently and as a team in a dynamic environment
  • Exposure in remote support tools
  • Coding experience in any languages (eg. python, SQL, html, php, C#, etc)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, vibrant personality
